[How many 118 ml bottles do I need for my hair?]
- Short to chin-length hair: 1 - 2 bottles, depending on hair thickness.
- Shoulder to mid-back length hair: 2 - 3 bottles, depending on hair thickness. An additional bottle may be required for thick hair ends.
- Waist-length or longer hair: 3+ bottles, depending on hair thickness.

Instructions: Dyeing Hair with Manic Panic
1. Bleach your hair (we recommend Manic Panic Hair Bleach, item number 256279). Follow the instructions on the packaging. If you use another bleaching product, please DO NOT use the included conditioner or any other after-bleaching product that comes with it!
2. Rinse your hair with clear water.
3. Apply the hair colour. Use a comb or a specialised hair dye brush for even application, massage it in with your fingers, and leave it on for between 15 and 60 minutes.
4. Rinse your hair thoroughly until the water runs clear. Finish the rinsing process with cold water and ideally follow up with a conditioner or other nourishing product.

General Information about our Hair Colours:
Please note that the quality, colour, etc., of the final result ALWAYS depends on the condition of your hair before dyeing. We recommend testing the product always on a single strand of hair before dyeing to ensure you achieve the desired hair colour!
Our hair colours typically do not cause allergies; HOWEVER, if you are unsure if the product is suitable for you, apply a small amount to the skin, such as the inside of the elbow (remember that the colour can stain, so it’s best to test it on an inconspicuous area). Wait a few days and then check if there are any changes to your skin. If so, you may be very sensitive to the product and should not dye your hair.
For an intense result that matches our test examples, you should always bleach your hair before dyeing. Light shades such as white or pastels are only achievable on bleached hair.
Our white colours are actually very light violet shades that remove the yellow tones from the hair, so there's no need to panic if it looks like a light purple immediately after application - this usually settles after the first wash.
The lighter your hair, the closer the colour will be to our test examples. None of our colours damage the hair, as they contain no ammonia. Different pigments will wash out or bleach at varying degrees of difficulty.
When dyeing very blonde hair with a red tone, the colour will not wash out after 6 to 8 weeks but will gradually fade through various stages, which may be orange or pink, depending on the base colour of the red. In other words: red pigments are not washed out easily, whereas blue pigments usually wash out quite quickly.
Our colour examples are based on synthetic hair and may therefore appear differently when colouring real hair - colours may also look different on various computer screens. Many shades of red can look different on various hair types, depending on how long the product was on the hair, etc.
Please remember that our hair colours may leave slight stains on skin, clothing, towels, and in the bathroom, so please protect EVERYTHING you don’t want to dye (including your skin)! This also applies to wet hair, even if it has not just been dyed!
