Product description
The 'Quiet Riot' album was originally only released on Vinyl in Japan and is now finally being reissued!
QUIET RIOT is a phenomenon with a long history. The band's first phase goes way back, and in 1975, the name QUIET RIOT was born, with the lineup consisting of guitarist Randy Rhoads, singer Kevin DuBrow, bassist Kelly Garni, and drummer Drew Forsyth. Despite their local popularity in Los Angeles, California, they were unable to secure a record deal in the United States. However, they released the 'Suicidal Show' EP in 1975, a historic recording that is also included here. The 'Quiet Riot' album was originally only released on Vinyl in Japan and is now finally being reissued to offer fans a sentimental and nostalgic look at QUIET RIOT's early years. Randy Rhoads later joined Ozzy Osbourne, and with a different lineup, QUIET RIOT released 'Metal Health' in 1983, which became the first Heavy Metal album to top the Billboard album charts and achieved 6x platinum status in the United States.
